Morrison Lake Golf Course is now offering a league just for kids! What better way to get kids outside with their friends and being active?
Our Junior League will go through the summer starting JUNE 19th. We will be teaching kids the basic fundamentals of golf; such as the proper form and swing, chipping and putting, as well as golf etiquette. Also included will be contests, an end of the year banquet and a t-shirt.
The league will meet on Wednesday Mornings at Morrison Lake Golf Course and start at 9:00am and go until 11:00am. Our league is for all kids between 1st-8th grade! The cost will be $7 per week for greens fees and a $75 registration fee! Call 616-642-9528 to sign up or print out the sign-up sheet below.
Meets every Wednesday at 10:00 and moving up to 9:00 in the summer. Attend only when you can, no commitment required. Play 9 holes each week and alternate each week. Enjoy a year-end banquet at conclusion of league.

GREENS FEES
Morrison Lake Golf Club will collect and retain fees that are due to them. Member's green fees are covered by their membership. Greens fees are due by the first night of league play.
LEAGUE DUES
League dues are set by the leagues based on payouts and meal at end of season. Leagues must pay $20 per player to cover league administration costs and end of season chicken or steak dinner with potato, salad, and dessert. Some leagues elect to pay a higher amount to account for prize money. League dues are to be collected by league president, secretary or treasurer and then paid to the course by the 2nd week of leagues.
SCHEDULE
Most leagues are set up for 18 weeks. The exceptions are the two Friday Night Couples Leagues which are nine weeks. Fun night is not included in this schedule. Leagues are tentatively scheduled to start late April/ early May based on weather conditions.
Check schedule often as changes are made from time to time. IF you are unable to make league on a particular night, please let the course or league know ASAP. No one wants to wait around unnecessarily for a no-show.
Make ups MUST be played within two weeks of the missed league date. You must also play the appropriate nine that you are making up for week of league.
SCORING
Forfeit points are based on the league average for the scheduled week. If one team shows up and plays they will be playing against the league average. If neither team plays the make-up match, no points will be awarded to either team. Handicaps are set up on a 90% format for regular league members. Subs are set up at 80%. Scoring and rules are subject to change based on league preference at the beginning of each season and discussed during opening league meeting.
All scoring disputes or rules of play disputes will be addressed by the league president. Finish play and if needed scoring adjustments will be made. Any nuances to scoring or handicapping that deviates from this is subject to each individual league.
FUN NIGHTS
Each league's fun night is the responsibility of each league. It is strongly advised that each league set up a date with Josh to assure availability and allow adequate prep time and planning for league players and the course.
